Cacao Bats didn’t start as a business idea.
It started as a way of working.
We (Andreea & Dani) have spent 10+ years working across different businesses (sometimes together, sometimes separately) and something always felt slightly off. Always focusing on output, but somehow missing the meaning.
We like being close to the process.
To the people we work with. To the decisions that matter.
So at some point, without making a big thing out of it, we just… started working differently.
We decided to keep Cacao Bats intentionally small because we don’t want to lose what makes the work good.
When you work with us, you work with us.
We choose our projects carefully.
Not by size, but by what’s behind them. We work best with people who take it seriously, who are willing to question things, who want to build something that makes sense.
Because that’s when the work becomes more than just a deliverable and it becomes something that lasts.
